In the Beginning...There Was Food!

And Patrice saw the food, that it was good.


So, the program starts with 2 days of prep. Basically, you're eating meat and veggies, plus some supplements that you get when you sign up.


On November 8, 2017, I officially began the JOURNEY TO ONEDERLAND!!!

This is what my first meal looked like.


Ok, so I get it. It definitely looks like a struggle plate, but it was good. Combined with the protein from the hot chocolate, I came away from this meal feeling satisfied.


Later that day, I had chicken breast, broccoli, and okra for lunch and dinner.
